Documents show state's disaster request met FEMA's threshold

Gov. JB Pritzker’s presidential disaster request to the Federal Emergency Management Agency met the agency’s dollar threshold for assistance. FEMA denied Illinois’ request for public and individual assistance after severe storms and flooding in August. Though the state met the threshold as a whole, some counties did not.
